PMHC is a RC helicopter only club our aim is to
provide a fun, friendly and safe environment for our
members to fly. All helicopter pilots are welcomed
at whatever level of ability.
PMHC was formed in June 2009 and gained the majority
of its members from surrounding clubs. Who were
frustrated by having to fly with planes, as these
clubs are mixed, planes and heli’s.
Now PMHC is fully affiliated with the BMFA we are
set to become a very popular club not only because
of our helicopter only status but also because we
have a very large field as our site which gives us
plenty of flexibility when flying or in-fact when we
hold events. The field is located opposite a hotel
and pub so is ideally located for this purpose
Access is simple as we are only 5 minutes from
lakeside with Bluewater also only a short drive
away. so plenty to keep the other half happy while
you pass the time improving your heli skills.
We have 5 instructors and a qualified BMFA examiner.
So if you are beginner or expert a warm welcome will
be waiting. We are a friendly bunch and everyone is
always more than willing to help others as we all
need a little help or that second eyeball looking
for the smallest of problems that can be so easily
overlooked.
At the moment we have limited the club to 25 members
and this may be changed in the coming year now that
all the basic setting up has been done.
Flying times are Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays
only, from 9am until dusk.

behind locked gates and the only way to gain entry
is to call a member at the field to unlock the gate.
